The Moon has known and noted effects on the physical phenomenon on Earth including oceanic tides, climate, the female cycle, fertility and emotional moods. The Moon essentially resonates Sun's energy and balances it's fire with a fresh, calming, nourishing and revitalizing light and nectar. The Moon also represents the mother. Those born in the in the waxing cycle of the moon are often seen to have an extroverted mind and personality. On the other hand, those born during the waning moon are seen to have an introverted mind. A well-placed Moon signifies joy, enthusiasm, peace of mind, psychological stability, good concentration and ability of well-being and emotional satisfaction. An unfavorably placed Moon can be reflective of emotional, psychological difficulties and disturbances. Biologically, the Moon rules the heart, eyes, lungs and fluids of the body.
